If you have encountered content or behavior on Splurge Bio that you believe violates our Community Standards or Terms of Service, please use this page to submit a report.

What to Report

You may use this page to report:

  • Nudity or sexually explicit content
  • Harassment, threats, or targeted abuse
  • Hate speech or discriminatory content
  • Violent or harmful content
  • Fraud, scams, or impersonation
  • Intellectual property violations (copyright or trademark infringement)
  • Spam or malicious links
  • Any other content that may violate our Community Standards

How to Submit a Report

Send us the link and tell us what is wrong with it. You do not need a Splurge account, and you may report anonymously.

Only so we can come back to you if we need more detail. Leave it blank to report anonymously.

You can also email support@splurge.bio instead, with the URL of the profile or content, a description of the violation, and any screenshots or supporting information. Use email if you need to attach files.

What Happens Next

We review all reports and take appropriate action in accordance with our Community Standards. Due to the volume of reports we may receive, we are not always able to respond individually. We do not disclose what action, if any, was taken in response to a specific report.

If the content you are reporting involves an imminent threat to someone's safety, contact your local law enforcement immediately.

Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

Submitting a Takedown Notice

If you believe content on Splurge Bio infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent at support@splurge.bio with the following:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • Identification of the material on Splurge Bio that you claim is infringing, including the URL
  • Your contact information (name, address, email, phone)
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, under penalty of perjury
  • Your physical or electronic signature

We will remove or disable access to material that is the subject of a complete notice, and will notify the user who posted it.

Submitting a Counter-Notice

If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to support@splurge.bio containing:

  • Identification of the material that was removed, and the location where it appeared
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, and telephone number
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district where you live (or, if you are outside the United States, the District of Nevada), and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the notice
  • Your physical or electronic signature

We will forward a valid counter-notice to the party who filed the original complaint. If they do not file a court action within 10 to 14 business days, we may restore the material.

Repeat Infringers

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.

A Note on False Claims

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), a person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing — or that it was removed by mistake — may be liable for damages, including costs and legal fees. Please be sure of your claim before filing.
