If you have encountered content or behavior on Splurge Bio that you believe violates our Community Standards or Terms of Service, please use this page to submit a report.

What to Report

You may use this page to report:

  • Nudity or sexually explicit content
  • Harassment, threats, or targeted abuse
  • Hate speech or discriminatory content
  • Violent or harmful content
  • Fraud, scams, or impersonation
  • Intellectual property violations (copyright or trademark infringement)
  • Spam or malicious links
  • Any other content that may violate our Community Standards

How to Submit a Report

To report a violation, email us at support@splurge.bio with the following information:

  • The URL of the profile or content you are reporting (e.g., splurge.bio/@username)
  • A description of the violation
  • Any relevant screenshots or supporting information

You may submit reports anonymously. Providing your contact information allows us to follow up if we need more information, but it is not required.

What Happens Next

We review all reports and take appropriate action in accordance with our Community Standards. Due to the volume of reports we may receive, we are not always able to respond individually. We do not disclose what action, if any, was taken in response to a specific report.

If the content you are reporting involves an imminent threat to someone's safety, contact your local law enforcement immediately.

Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

If you believe content on Splurge Bio infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA takedown notice to support@splurge.bio with the following:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • Identification of the material on Splurge Bio that you claim is infringing, including the URL
  • Your contact information (name, address, email, phone)
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, under penalty of perjury
  • Your physical or electronic signature
