Community Standards

These Community Standards set out what is and is not allowed on Splurge Bio. They apply to all creators and users of the platform. Violating these standards may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.

1. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to use Splurge Bio. We do not permit minors on the platform under any circumstances.

2. What Is Not Allowed

2.1 Adult and Sexually Explicit Content

Nudity, pornography, sexually explicit material, fetish content, and adult content of any kind are strictly prohibited. This applies to profile photos, link images, text, content blocks, and any linked external content.

2.2 Harassment and Abuse

We do not allow content that harasses, threatens, intimidates, or targets any individual or group. This includes:

  • Targeted abuse or bullying of specific individuals
  • Doxxing (sharing private information about others without consent)
  • Encouraging others to harass someone
  • Sending unwanted or threatening communications

2.3 Hate Speech and Discrimination

Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or dehumanization based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic is prohibited.

2.4 Violence and Harmful Content

We do not allow content that:

  • Glorifies, promotes, or incites violence against any person or group
  • Depicts graphic violence or gore
  • Promotes self-harm or suicide
  • Encourages dangerous or illegal activities

2.5 Fraud and Deception

Splurge Bio must not be used to deceive or defraud fans or other users. This includes:

  • Impersonating another person, creator, or brand
  • Misrepresenting yourself or what fans will receive
  • Running scams, fake giveaways, or fraudulent promotions
  • Phishing links or malicious URLs

2.6 Intellectual Property Violations

Do not post content that infringes the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of others. Only share content you own or have the right to use.

2.7 Spam and Platform Manipulation

We do not allow:

  • Spam or unsolicited promotional content
  • Artificially inflating tips, clicks, or engagement
  • Using bots or automated tools to manipulate platform metrics

2.8 Illegal Content and Activities

Content that violates any applicable law is prohibited. This includes content that facilitates the sale of illegal goods or services, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.

3. Enforcement

Splurge Tech LLC monitors the platform and responds to reports of violations. We reserve the right to:

  • Remove any content that violates these standards
  • Suspend or permanently terminate accounts at our sole discretion
  • Disable tipping on an account without closing the associated Whop account
  • Report illegal content or activity to relevant authorities

We are not required to provide notice or a reason when taking enforcement action. Decisions are final. Terminated accounts forfeit any remaining Splurge Pass subscription days and any unpaid affiliate commissions.

4. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content that violates these Community Standards, please report it at splurge.bio/legal/report-violation or contact us at support@splurge.bio. We review all reports and take appropriate action.

5. Updates

These Community Standards may be updated from time to time. We will notify users of material changes at least 30 days in advance.
